Structured daily operations and training/rehearsal schedules. Organized and launched all aspects of gathering, delivery, and execution of six hours of local news a day.

Implemented NPPA style and completely revitalized station's photography. Recognized as the 2010 runner-up to NPPA Small Market Station of the Year Award.
Managed the markets only full-time investigative team. Produced exclusive, in-depth Emmy and Murrow award-winning investigations.
Implemented the first of its kind market unique social media initiative.
Managed seven and a half hours of local news on CBS and FOX affiliates.

Founded and launched an independent production company focused on travel and adventure reality programming and documentaries.
